The PeachJar system can take up to 24 hours to make the flyer live and start distribution to families and staff. Sending time-sensitive materials through PeachJar is not recommended. Below are the NCSD's Peachjar guidelines.
Peachjar Guidelines & Requirements
Per NCSD district policy (KJA-AR) for information distribution, the district may distribute information from the following categories:
Information regarding services or activities that support the district and are directly tied to the district’s pursuit of its educational mission from non-profit groups serving youth;
Information regarding services or activities that provide educational, athletic, or training services or opportunities for students from non-profit groups serving youth;
Information regarding coaching, educational camps and special camps from a non-profit organization when the proceeds are to benefit district programs;
Information regarding services or activities from for-profit groups/individuals that support the district mission.
All flyers promoting a fundraiser must be to the benefit of our students and staff, and be in alignment with NCSD district policy IGDF/IGDF-AR. Fundraisers outside of NCSD will not be permitted.
We recognize the value of enrichment programs hosted by local organizations that promote academic, athletic, and performing arts enrichment opportunities to students and families. Flyers for these programs must be submitted for approval via the PeachJar website. Solicitation, advertisements, and for-profit promotional materials will not be approved.
Enrichment programs are defined as educational, social, or recreational activities that benefit school-age children within our district. Programs must also take place within the boundaries of the North Clackamas Schools (the exception would be information from North Clackamas Parks & Recreation, State or County Services, or at the discretion of NCSD).
Distribution and Approvals
The North Clackamas School District reserves the right to deny the distribution of any flyer that does not fall within the above guidelines. Flyers promoting local programs that compete with in-district opportunities for students or staff will be denied.
Flyers must NOT contain material or images that:
- Are libelous;
- Are obscene;
- Advocate or promote illegal actions;
